Mr. Ulloa have over 18 years of experience inspecting, evaluating, and designing structures meeting the definition of threshold building as per MDCO Sec. 8-11.(f)(1)(C), and FS Section 553.71(12). He qualifies to complete the structural inspection related to the building recertification for threshold buildings, as per MDCO Sec. 8-11.(f)(2)(E)(ii)(a).
